Reminding me to go look at the patch system was more than enough.

And thank you! That was one of the more annoying bugs.

I wrote a test case for that bug and validated your patch. Everything works and is now in CVS. Hopefully it will show up in the anonymous CVS soon.

I did just rearrange the files in pymerase/output/dbAPI I didn't like how the templating system works and hopefully this new version will work better.

the .pyt idea didn't work so well.
