When pymerase is installed, if you type 'apt-get
install ipython' on a Debian machine. It will prevent
ipython from being installed.

Although ipython debian package shouldn't fail of other
Python code doesn't compile completely. We should
change our code to compile properly.

WORKAROUND:
Remove Pymerase before installing ipython and then
reinstall Pymerase.
