#6 AMD64

Cannot make this build and work on an AMD64 linux
distribution.

First, faab won't compile because of a conflict on int64

Second, disable_fPIC must be commented out

Third, must comment out +=MM_MMX

Fourth, now it builds and installs, but won't run: the
error is missing mm_flags symbol

If anyone knows how to make this work on an AMD64,
please post the patches. Thanks.
