[PyMca] Problem with Fast XRF fitting

[PyMca g. p. m. list. <pym...@li...>]

Dear all

I'm trying to perfomr a Fast XRF Linear Fit on a hyperspectral XRF image on PyMCA 5.8.6 but I'm getting the following error message ("An error has ocurred while executing the plugin: ' OldCalculationThread' object has no attribute 'finished'") as is on the attached file.

What can I do?

Well, I think 5.8.6 will be very short-lived.


You can do one of these things:


- Wait for PyMca 5.8.7 (sic). I guess it will take me a couple of hours.


- Open a command window and type these two commands:


set PYMCA_USE_QTHREAD=1

"C:\Program Files\PyMca 5.8.6\QStackWidget.exe"

Hi again,

You can replace the file

"C:\Program Files\PyMca 
5.8.6\lib\PyMca5\PyMcaPlugins\FastXRFLinearFitStackPlugin.py"

by the attached one.

I will release a corrected version ASAP.
