Dear Joen, Thanks for the report. I have just reproduced the issue. Basically anything opening a thread in the ROI Imaging Tool crashes. For instance, the PCA analysis crashes too. I will check if it can be easily solved. It might be just dependent on the Qt binding used or version (PySide6 in the frozen binary).
