Hi all,

I have now added PostgreSQL support in the SVN trunk. This will allow
larger datasets to be processed. There is still no support for
bounding box queries and the full rule set is not yet implemented.

It's quite messy to import OSM data into a PostgreSQL table but there
are some shell-scripts now to help a little.
