Hi Ingo,

The problem is with that OSM extract you're using.
It has 103 non-existent nodes still referenced in ways. One of them 
you'll recognize from your error message - node 25884869.
I wrote a quick filter when I first played with pymag to clean up my OSM 
dumps to stop this error, but I think it should be handled by pymag, by 
just exclude any references to deleted nodes.
