#1 Add twitter capability

When using the contextual actions file, allow a proposition called "twitter" to be executed. This one would have three parameters:
twitter("username", "password", "text to send")
Should be quite easy to implement, since there are several python libraries for twitter available. But might need a data connection to send REST commands.
