#8 Porting pylibpcap to Python 3.2

Wim Lewis

[Attaching this patch from Adam Pridgen / Praetorian]

I worked through tried to get pylibcap to work under Python 3.2. I am not sure how successful the modifications were though. I can read files and I can execute the findalldevs test as a root user. I had problems getting the live capture working, and I am not sure how much time I can dedicate to that part. I just wanted to share what I got for Python 3.2 so far, in case I never got back to making the live capture stuff work. I figured this may be helpful for others or you guys if you have to go through the porting excercise.

I have attached a diff of the changes I made, and I also put my notes on Pastebin, if you are interested in looking those over. Thanks, Adam
