#13 setup.py build doesn't install

Running "python ./setup.py build" does not install, nor
does the README or other instructions tell you what you
have to do to use pcap.py.

One solution is add `pwd`/build/lib.foobar/ to your
PYTHONPATH and then it magically works.

IMHO, the setup.py should install it for you in
site-packages, or whereever (I'm a n00b).

    I ran "python ./setup.py install" and it did the right thing.
    The README docs should probably be changed to reflect this.
