#11 example not working with 0.51

I am using Python 2.4.2
libpcap 0.7.2-7 (also tried with 0.9.4-1)
swig 1.3.27-1

I would really like to use this stuff but I don't
have time to troubleshoot it. Good luck!

Not bug, try libpcap0.8
