#3 Application name in "One file" mode

It would be very useful if the Application path and name could be written when "One file" option is enabled.

- "one file" option is generally the most used and easy to analyse
- the key logs without Application name make it difficult to understand the real operation

    This would be great to have done, I like the GAIM style logging as well, but it would be easiest to analyse when the information is chornological and application information is present. Thanks Daniel.

    ok, so i guess i haven't gotten it implemented over the winter break as i said i'd do. sorry. :) but hey, at least i got SSL email working for gmail, eh?
    i'll try to give this a shot "in the near future".

    The new release, 0.9.0, logs the application name into the log file.

    the structure of the log file has also been changed, and now we only log to one delimited file, with several fields, which allows for easy filtering and processing using a spreadsheet or database.
