#18 Install option to run on boot

Though the documentation is very explicit as to how a user could add pykeylogger.exe to the registry in order for it to be run on boot (kudos to you for the helpful docs), why not add it as an option to the installer?

I've attached a proposed patch.

This seems like a good idea, so i'll add this in when i get around to releasing the next version. :)
