A bug in PONG response corrected
.setDebug is now available to facilitate data debugging

Pyirclib version 0.4.1 has been just released.
The purpose of this update is a bugfix in the
getmessage() method.
All users should update to this version.

I added some functions and a setup script to make instalation stuff more cleaner.
