little progress

Managed to push to the sf.net git repo, the guidelines on the Git help page in the sf.net Trac are either outdated or I'm dumb.... but hey, in the end it works

Also added an idea about the logo/icon

An I'm thinking about possibly making a PHP frontend for the winter remote school of plasma physics.
I'm just not sure if matplotlib can be also embed on a webpage, will investigate
