First release

I'm very proud to announce the first release of PyGenAlg: version 0.1!

It's now working with boolean, integer, float, list and matrix genes. It comes with the first test of a parallel and distributed island kind of genetic algorithm, using Pyro [1] as communication layer.

Well, nothing is perfect: we have NO DOCUMENTATION AT ALL. To test stuffs, you will need to see examples - and, if not enought, read some source code. Someone want to help building documentation? :)
