add capability for creating tooth shape from manufacturing simulation for internal cylindrical gears. First, it has to be clarified, if the simulation can correctly be performed with a rack-shaped tool profile (in reality internal gears cannot be manifactured this way) or if a pinion-style cutter is necessary.
