pygccxml-development

Hi all.

Recently I made few changes in pygccxml and Py++. The CVS version of
GCCXML started to dump artificial declarations ( compiler generated
constructors and operator= ) once again. So, I update both project to
work nice with them.

Also the project have pretty good unit tests and all Py++ tests
passed, I ask you to test these changes and report any problems.

If no issues will be found, than I will start working on next release 1.0.

As always comments, bugs and help are always welcome.
