[pygccxml-development] Dependency on Tkinter

Hi,

I have another small feature request. When I was running Py++ on a 
system that hasn't had Tkinter installed I got an import error even 
though I wasn't using the GUI. Would it be possible to change this so 
that the non-GUI stuff can still be used even when Tkinter is not installed?
