The code I am going to describe is in module_creator/creator.py file.
See _create_includes method
Basically I extract all files where declaration have been declared and
then I add include
to those files to generated code.

Yes.
mb = module_builder_t( ... )
mb.build_code_creator( ... )
mb.code_creator.replace_included_headers( list of your includes(=plain
string ) )
