There are 3 files you should add you settings in:
pygccxml:
unittests/autoconfig.py
Py++:
pyplusplus_dev/ environment.py
pyplusplus_dev/unittests/autoconfig.py
You will have to in scons.
Also both tests should be run, when pwd is relevant unit tests directory.
