new configuration

I killed the XML configuration as obviously lots of people couldn't get their parsers to work with it. I'm now using pickled configuration files which are hard to change by hand but I will soon integrate the Era of Mages ( http://eom.sf.net ) GUI package into PyFile to get a nice GUI for configurating PyFile!
