Initial CVS uploaded.

CVS repository of PyExp has just been uploaded with current version coming from LURE (running on experiments).
As I have splitted sources into different subprojects, but not updated and completly checked them, consider this as alpha non working.
I will announce on python-annouce list only when sources become usable again and when WWW site have more information.
