#14 Can not read Excel file with VBA code and blank cell data

I have one Excel file that has several sheets and some one has VBA code.
I cannot read this excel file with pyExcelerator.

2.
In addition, I found this tool can not read a blank cell in Excel file.

Try supplying (a) expansion of "cannot read" ... exception? nothing? (b) small files that demonstrate the problems.
