#6 Project properties refer to a Carbon library

In the CVS sources, the project properties refer to a the
Carbon jar for SWT, so the project won't compile in
Eclipse on other platforms.

I'm not sure what "the right way" to use SWT is, but,
following the plugins distributed with Eclipse, I removed
the Carbon swt.jar from the list of jars, made sure
org.eclipse.swt and its deps were in my workbench,
then checked org.eclipse.swt in Properties/Projects for
org.python.pyeclipse, and it worked.
