#1 Install dtddoc CSS, DTD and XML

Install dtddoc CSS, DTD, XML and HTML to /usr/doc or
something like that.

Users may want to use these files - especially the CSS
file - as examples or for test purposes later on (when
they have deleted the installation directory).
