Pydoc website is moving to GAE

Since current PyDoc website www.pydoc.tk is hosted on my PC it was decided to make it less dependent on the ISP's technical problems.

So, i'm moving my Django app to Google App Engine. As for now, this page will be the main page of PyDoc.
