Python 2.5 raises SyntaxError when it finds a special 
character and an encoding is not declared, breaking 
pydns.

This is corrected in the version of python-dns available from Ubuntu for
their upcoming Feisty release in versions 2.3.0-5.1ubuntu1 and higher.
