In some ways.  Basically the root namespace name "dispatch" was taken by
another project, so projects using PyDispatcher are either having to
embed the project one level deep (e.g. OpenGLContext.dispatch) or are
moving to the Louie project.

I use PyDispatcher for many projects, but I haven't had a need to extend
it's functionality in a long time.  Basically the project has reached
stability and is fully functional as what it is.
