[Pydispatcher-devel] Time to do a 1.0.0 final release?

I decided to use PyDispatcher as a test/learning package for building a 
Gentoo ebuild for a Python package, which resulted in a few fixes to the 
MANIFEST.in to make sure that all of the source files are included in 
the source packages.  However, doing it made me realise (again) that 
we've been stuck in pre-release limbo for far too long on pydispatcher.

Anyway, if Patrick agrees I'll build .tar.gz, .zip and win32 exe 
packages sometime in the next two days and do a 1.0.0 final release on 
SourceForge.
