I haven't got the pydoc docs uploaded, but there's a minimal homepage 
there, and the 1.0.0a1 sdist and bdist_wininst are available on the 
project page.

We should do a release announcement once it's confirmed that I haven't 
messed anything up horribly in the packaging (should also produce rpms I 
suppose, but my RedHat install is hosed at the moment, so I'm not able 
to produce them).  I'm somewhat busy this week, but should have a few 
hours on the weekend to work on dispatcher-related stuff.
