#7 Traceback by create image if boot sector image doesn't exist

If a user has not created a boot sector image for the device from which a new image is to be created, PyDiskImage generates a traceback and exits with a less-than-clear message. It should probably offer the user the option to generate a boot sector image and then proceed with the image creation.
