PyDi - distributed python made easy

PyDi wraps IPython's distributed computing features into an easy-to-use package. It supports distributed computing environments in which the nodes are accessible via ssh. It aims to become an alternative to established queuing systems like Torque, with the advantage to reside entirely in user space, i.e. no root access is necessary for installation or operation.
