Ok, just checked with Python 3.2.2 and it works there.

It seems that the difference from 3.2.1 to 3.2.2 is some issue handling urls
( http://www.python.org/download/releases/3.2.2/ ), which could be the problem
you're having... so, please check if it works for you with 3.2.2.
