[Pydev-code] Problem with code analysis during the work with pydev

Hi.

I have a big problem with Code Analysis and pydev plug-in. The Code Analysis is not working - there are no warnings, errors etc.

I'm using the IBM rational Clearcase software configuration manager.

I checked the version without Clearcase (files stored in my home directory) and it works perfectly.

Do you know what could be the cause of this problem?
How to enable some debug information to investigate this problem further?
