What's the exact message it is giving? Which Pydev and Eclipse versions are
you using? Are you using the Eclipse SDK?

Have you checked http://fabioz.com/pydev/manual_101_install.html for instructions
to set up pydev? (The .eclipseextension file shouldn't be needed)
