Is it possible to bind the "Run As Python unit test" command to a key, so that
the current file can be easily executed.  Currently, it's not available in the
"Pydev - Run" category.


Also, it'd be nice to pass the current class/function name to the runfiles.py
so one test can be run selectively, like in C# .NET.

Great work though, I love the plugin.
