Hi Bill,

The run-as unit-test calls the org.python.pydev.debug/pysrc/runfiles.py module
with the folder/file as a parameter.

There is currently no way to specify another python runner, but you can rename
that module and put in its place another one (with its original name) that would
run the nose tests.
