[Pydev-code] Swtich in strategy for autocompletion

re my previous note.
Did a quickie test of launching an external CPython preocess for doing
the autocompletion.
Looks viable and seems to be fairly fast.
I will go for it Aleks and get it checked in as soon as I can.
