[Pydev-code] Trouble installing PyDev in Eclipse

Win XP Pro, Python 2.5.1

I've got Java and Eclipse. "Eclipse SDK Version: 3.3.2 Build id: M20080221-1800"

Now, <http://www.fabioz.com/pydev/manual_101_install.html> says, "To
install Pydev and Pydev Extensions from the Eclipse Update Manager,
you need to go to the install menu".

But where is the Eclipse Update Manager?
