#92 Highlight & completion for mod_python & PSP

Hi man,
you're doing a good job.

Nevertheless, it would be nice to have mod_python's
Python Server Pages files higlighted and code (in <% %>
and <%= %>) completed. (Maybe you could use some code
from PHPeclipse? they have HTML completion/highlighting
solved...)

Debugging PSP would be nice as well.

I'm aware of the fact that to program this takes much
more time than to write abou it ;)

So, keep up the good work.
