#78 Expression Watch double-click

It would be nice if there were an easier way to add an
expression to the "Expressions" watch list.

Currently you have to choose "add" from a right click
menu and then that pops up a dialog. It would be much
more convenient if you could edit the watch expressions
in place with a click. One click selects, a second
click on a selected expression turns it editable. (Or
just a double click from the start).

Even better is if the code suggestions still work when
editing the expressions.
