#567 Making java/jython debugging easier

There is no simple way to start a Jython instance directly under the Java debugger - this is very handy for debugging across the divide. At the moment, I add a VMarg to the run config, add a breakpoint in the Jython script and then debug the script and start a remote debugger. It would be nice to make this simpler with a check box in the Jython run config dialogue.
