#543 Debug console history

According to me, Pydev is lacking an extremely useful feature: debug console history, and more generally a debug console with all features that one can find with the Interpreter console . It is a real pain to miss commands history in the debug console, and to be obliged to cut/paste constantly code in it.
I hope this shortcoming will be addressed. Cheers and thanks for all.
