#533 Customize "self"

Since "self" as the first parameter for a class method is a convention and not a requirement, there should be a way to customize what the first argument should be. My team currently uses "this" instead of "self". This is unusual, but it's what turns most of our developers away from PyDev.

Yeah, it's really unfortunate that Python doesn't enforce that... (it always has the "we're all grown ups" stance) but, why exactly would you do that? I mean, all the libraries you use surely have self, and about 99.9% of the Python world is consistent regarding that, so, why break the standard on something so basic? (if you're able to convince me it's for a good reason, I might implement that -- as it's not really 100% straightforward as you probably want me to work in your code well, but when you get to some other place that uses the proper standard it should still work well too).
