#513 Auto-Format on save per project

Simply there should be a "auto-format on save" per project setting.

On my own projects I use "Auto-Format code during save", but I also like to be able to do patches e.g. to Django which does not do that.

End result is that every time I create a patch I need to tick it off to get clean patch.
