#494 Syntax highlighting support for RestructuredText

The RestructuredText format is now quite standard for documentation and docstrings. Docutils and Shinx are making this even easier and more common, but there isn't, AFAICT, an Eclipse editor that can colorize RestructuredText documents.

IMHO, it would be a great addition to Pydev.
