#467 Scope Highlighting

I haven't seen any Python editor that implements scope highlighting. I think this would be a killer feature for the PyDev editor. You can see a great example in BlueJ. See their blog here: http://blogs.kent.ac.uk/mik/2010/05/30/bluej-3-0-whats-new/
