#447 mouse usage

I'd like to suggest adding right click context sensitive menu support, for example, when on a class use, I'd like to right click and select go to definition, rather than having to use the F3 key binding. I have nothing against key bindings, and will learn the ones I use most, but the mouse works better for the less frequently used ones.
