#380 Update for documentation on PyDev with TurboGears

The TurboGears howto mentioned at the bottom of: http://pydev.org/manual_101_root.html
is outdated and will not work for the latest release (TG2).
You might want to use this tutorial I just wrote after a discussion on the TG mailinglist:
